Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Agentfy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Agentfy is a mobile application that helps you monitor AI coding agents (such as Claude Code) from your iPhone. The App receives webhook notifications from your coding tools and displays session status, sends push notifications, and provides Live Activity updates on your lock screen.
Account & Access
Accounts are created automatically using your device's unique identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and API token. Do not share your API token with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Free & Premium Tiers
Agentfy offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
- Free tier: Limited to first 100 alerts
- Pro tier: Unlimited alerts and priority support
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price increase, and your consent will be required to continue at the new price.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or rate limits
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your API token or allow unauthorized access to your account
- Use automated systems to abuse the webhook endpoints
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Agentfy and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Claude Code (Anthropic), Apple Push Notification Service, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and deleting your account through the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
